Poland (Europe – SCHENGEN) Work Permit Visa



Poland is in Europe and under European Union  - SCHENGEN (Free Visa zone of 27 countries like Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, The Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden)

Working days and hours

Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, beyond this period all other working hours will be treated
as overtime.

Salary

Monthly salaries range from USD 600 – USD 900 (1 USD = BDT 74)

Accommodation

Accommodation is provided by the employer.

Transportation

Transportation to and from is provided by the employer.

Contract

The duration of the work permit is 1 year and subject to renewal upto 5 years.

Job location

The job locations are within the territory of Poland (as per the job contracts)

Yearly Holiday

28 calendar days in a year

Processing Time
The actual processing time is 3 months. It can be  done early; on the other hand it may take 1 or 2 additional months depending on the application submitted in Poland concerned departments.  


Procedure
1)  You have to submit the below documents:
a.  Photo (passport size 2 copies)
b.  Photocopy of Passport (information pages only)
c.  CV/Resume (as per our format)
2)  We will forward the above documents to the employer whether the basic criteria’s are met. 
3)  If the basic criteria’s are met, the employer will issue an “Offer Letter/ Employment Contract” for the
candidate detailing nature of work, working conditions, salaries etc.
4)  The employer will send us the “Offer Letter/ Employment Contract” to us and we will forward this
offer/contract to you.
5)  You will sign the offer/contract and return to us.
6)  We will send that offer/contract to the employer again
7)  Upon receiving of signed offer/contract, the employer will start working for Work Permit
8)  As soon as the Work Permit document are ready, they will send those to us
9)  We will ask you to prepare yourself for Visa application submission with all other related  documents
a.  Filled Visa Application Form
b.  Original Work Permit documents
c.  6 (Six) Passport size Photo
d.  Original Passport (validity for at least six (6) months beyond the date of expiration of the
Visa)
e.  Police Clearance Certificate
f.  Medical Test
g.  Any other documents required by the embassy


10) You apply for Visa in nearest Poland Embassy
11) After getting Visa we will keep your passport in our custody. You have to collect your passport from us 
       by paying the balance amount within 3 days time after getting Visa. 

Total Cost
BDT 550,000 + Air Ticket                                                                                              (1 USD = BDT 74)
1st installment  – BDT 100,000 at the time of submission
2nd installment – BDT 100,000 after getting Work Permit documents
3rd installment  – BDT 350,000 after getting Visa

N. B. Inability or delay in payment may result cancellation of your Visa with the proper authority which will refrain you from future working/visiting/living opportunity to Poland, even any other countries of the world.
